The CDM Drum Blender is designed to provide a repeatable, versatile and economic method of blending products in drums. The unit quoted has the capability of blending drums up to 250kg. The Drum Blender is a fixed design but easily moved when necessary. Fork guides welded to the base allow for transport with a standard lift truck. |

Multiple size drums can be accommodated in the drum cradle; the base and the top clamp are adjustable to keep the drum centered. The Blender is manufactured from Stainless Steel, it can be washed/wiped down in place. Operator controls are incorporated in a remote panel or can be mounted on the back of the vertical column. Controls include Blending RPM, and Blend Time. |

Pneumatic Drum Cradle: Clamping design utilizes a pneumatic cylinder to raise the base capturing the drum in the discharge cone. The discharge cone pivots for easy access while loading and unloading the drum. This arrangement can accommodate multiple size drum diameters and heights.
