Creative Design and Machine, Inc. can provide a Stainless Steel box lift that can manipulate a customers product container safely and efficiently. The Post Lift sequence, from the load position to the discharge point can be PLC controlled. This style of automation control eliminates the possibility of operator error, as well as some repetitive motion tasks. With a PLC controlled system, the operator stands away from the envelope of lift movement, and accurate positioning is assured.

The lifting frame can incorporate a pneumatically operated valve actuator that shall open and close the discharge valve on the discharge cone. Pneumatically operated cylinders can raise and lower the discharge cone for ease of loading the container. Over-center clamps hold the cone and container in place for discharge.
