The Dual-Frame “A-Frame” Blender is a cGMP tumble blender engineered for high-capacity powder and granule mixing with superior stability and precision. Its dual-support frame design ensures smooth rotation and consistent blending, even with large vessels. Built to accommodate a range of vessel types, including V-Shells, Offset Cones, Double Cones, or Bins, this blender delivers reliable performance and uniform results. Designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, it provides a robust, sanitary solution for large-scale powder processing applications.
All vessels are fabricated from 316 stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and durability in cGMP environments. We manufacture every vessel style including V-Shell, Double Cone, and Offset Cone in both industry standard and custom angles or dimensions. Each vessel is polished to the customer’s specifications and built to deliver consistent, repeatable blending performance.
The Dual-Frame “A-Frame” structure is fabricated from 304 stainless steel, providing strength, durability, and full cGMP compliance. Its open-frame design allows for easy access and thorough cleaning, minimizing product buildup and simplifying maintenance in sanitary processing environments.
The blender includes a programmed load position that rotates the vessel’s discharge valve upward toward the ceiling. This orientation allows for contained loading through the discharge valve when using the Automatic Drum Loading Module.
The control system is based on an Allen-Bradley PLC platform, designed for reliable and consistent operation. Operator and Power Panels are housed in NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosures suitable for washdown and cleanroom environments. Systems can be configured with either push-button or touch-screen interfaces to meet process and user preferences.
The PLC system is fully 21 CFR Part 11 compliant, providing secure data logging, archiving, and auditing with all information stored locally for Ethernet download. Tiered security ensures controlled access through defined user groups and privilege levels, maintaining full traceability and regulatory compliance.
